Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

This is a template policy provided for transparency at launch. Chandler International is in the process of having it reviewed by qualified UK solicitors. Please contact us if you would like clarification on any point.

1. Who we are

Chandler International ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website. You can contact our data controller at property@chandler-international.com.

2. Data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The contents of your message and stated area of interest
  • A record of your consent to this policy

We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data, and we do not collect data from children.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, send you property opportunities you have asked about, and (where permitted) follow up with related guidance. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Lawful basis

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we rely on:

  • Consent — when you tick the privacy box on the enquiry form.
  • Legitimate interest — to provide you with the property advisory service you have requested and to maintain reasonable business records.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing of your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the lawful basis

To exercise any of these rights, email property@chandler-international.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies and lightweight analytics to understand how visitors use the site. No advertising profiles are built from your enquiry data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
